Nails Inspired by Boo

Hi guys, I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and got lots of nice things. I shall try to take some pictures of the polishes I got but I don't know if I'll manage it as I got a grand total of 57 polishes.

Anyway I had an idea for a mani but it didn't turn out they way I had imagined it. I wanted to do nails based on this wee guy.

Christmas Lights Nails

This is one I've been wanting to try for a while but knew my hands just weren't steady enough to do it freehand, so when I saw plates from Bunny Nails that had Christmas lights on them I just had to get them.

Gift Wrapped Nails

So I have a bit of a 2 for 1 today, I have done 2 Christmas manis this week but I've been struggling with a really bad throat infection. I finally got to the doctor today and got some antibiotics, so hopefully that will be me on track.

Candy Cane Nails

Here is my attempt at candy cane nails for Christmas. I wasn't thrilled with them at the start but like most of my manis it did start to grow on me.

Liebster Award

The Liebster Award is for new bloggers with under 200 followers which is definitely me as I only have 7. W7 Glitter

These are the nails I had for my wee Christmas lunch with the girls at the weekend, I was going to do some nail art but I was short on time so decided on some glitter. These glitter polishes are out of a W7(?) set I got from TK Maxx for cheap but hadn't tried them out yet.

Disneyland Paris

I thought I would share some pictures from my 20th visit to Disneyland Paris last week, yes you did read that right it was my 20th visit as I've been going every year since it opened and I just love it!

Christmas Sparkle Nails - Barry M Competition

So my friend pointed out this Barry M nail art competition on ASOS and I thought I would give it a go. Now I know I will never win, even if I was the only entrant, but it was my first ever nail art competition and I had fun doing it which is all that matters right?

Dainty China Print Nails

So I was kind of at loss of what to do for my next mani and I decided to look at my polish collection first to see if I got inspired by any colours. I choose an absolutely gorgeous cornflower blue from Nails Inc which actually doesn't have a name as it came free with a copy of In style magazine a while back.

Autumn Nails

I don't know when autumn technically turns into winter but usually in Scotland we bypass autumn altogether and launch right into winter.

Poppy Nails

So I decided I wanted to some poppy nails for remembrance day, for anyone not aware remembrance day is on November 11th and it is to honour those who have fallen during war since the end of World War I and the symbol is the poppy due to the fact the flowers were the first thing to grow in Flanders fields after the war had ended.

Remember Remember!

First things first you will notice from the pictures that my nails are like wee stumps, this is because I've been trying to grow them for a specific design but they had got to that length that all they want to do is break so I had to cut them all. :(

So I'd been eyeing up this mani for awhile and finally decided to try it this weekend since its nearly Halloween. Also can't really say where I got the inspiration as everyone and their dog has done this design.

Halloween Spiderweb Nails

So I got a wee bit stuck for an idea for a mani but I knew I wanted to use my new China Glaze silver glitter (3 for 2, thank you Sally's), so I got my Mum to choose a design off my new bundle monster plates (even though they are for my Christmas, thanks Mum).

No7 Foundation Match

So I went and got my face matched with the new No7 Foundation* Match service, which I was initially a bit sceptical about.
You see I am absolutely rubbish with foundation

These are my themed nails. I was due to go mini golfing to Jurassic Parrr yesterday but unfortunately as usual in Scotland plans were changed due to rain. Boooo!

Hello!

Well what to say in my first blog? I started this blog as an outlet for my randomness and all the random things I love...Disney, nails, beauty, fashion, movies, travel and just all the other random facts I like to throw around.

So if anyone does happen to read this, welcome! If not at least I'll still have fun doing it.
